Two-storey residential Conservatory with a gable roof

Gable roof winter garden on gable roof gable, with identical roof pitch: it really looks like it is all of a piece! The winter garden was only added to the existing house years later. No other winter garden should have been built there, according to everyone involved in the construction ...

This fully equipped two-storey glass extension serves as a transparent living space extension on the ground floor. Shading and ventilation, which are automatically regulated by a 12-channel control, ensure that there is a pleasant room climate in the winter garden all year round.

As a special highlight, a second level in the form of a metal walkway was installed on the upper floor. This footbridge enables access from the bedroom balcony door to the balcony door in the gable facade of the winter garden. The builders only have to walk four or five steps across the footbridge in the morning and can get some fresh air right after the winter garden extension!

A cassette awning was installed on the terrace-side eaves facade of the winter garden so that in summer there is a shady spot on the terrace in front of the winter garden.
