Everything went relatively quickly here!
The client knew pretty much what she wanted, my design arrived straight away, the preparatory work was initiated promptly and this is how this modern flat roof winter garden in the reduced, cubic Bauhaus style was created in just a few months.
A stylish hipped roof glass dome was integrated into the well-insulated flat roof and this luxurious living space extension in the form of a Novara winter garden was finished. A prime example of how wonderfully calculated style inconsistencies work: Here the elegant villa on the Ahr - with a view of the vineyards - and there the elegant living room with a modern design.
The large panoramic windows, framed in very slim, load-bearing profiles, and the all-glass corners with internal stainless steel support, underline the exclusivity of this fine flat roof winter garden with a glass dome. |
As consistently as the client approached the project, the color concept was also carried through consistently. The slender wooden structure inside and the aluminum facing outside were coated pitch black (not anthracite!), Which creates a great contrast to the snow-white ceiling cladding and the bright house facade.
A barrier-free sliding door with security fittings is installed in the side facade for the passage to the terrace. The home conservatory is ventilated via two tilting skylights, which open and close automatically when required by a concealed motor drive.
Of course, our flat threshold also has a metal edge protection on the inside, which protects this neuralgic point from cleaning water and mechanical stress.
The very well insulated and rear-ventilated flat roof has an insulation value of less than 0.19 W / m²K! |
