Cubic conservatory extension with closed flat roof from our NOVARA line. The winter garden was added as part of the renovation of the entire ground floor. It stands on a former terrace. The old patio door was removed and a large, connected living / dining area was created on the ground floor. The new, larger kitchen also extends over the former dining area, which has now found its place in the stylish winter garden. A sliding door in the side of the winter garden leads to the newly laid out terrace.

The winter garden has a very demanding roof connection to the balcony of the house, so that the room height of at least 2.50 m and a proper roof structure with insulation and rear ventilation could be guaranteed.

Due to the expansion of the old patio door element, the winter garden does not look like a separate extension, but is part of what is now a large, bright and stylish whole.

The property was completely planned, manufactured and assembled by Steinbach. Including roof extension, installation of the lighting and the power connection in the popular Steinbach energy column.

The shading and ventilation is automatically regulated via a 4-channel control system, which was also completely wired, installed and connected to the energy column by Steinbach.

Floor ducts were installed as heating, which form an optimal warm air curtain behind the glass facade in the cold season.
