This winter garden with flat roof and hipped roof glass dome is on the 2nd floor on a roof terrace in Wetzlar's old town, with a fantastic view of the Lahn and Wetzlar Cathedral.

In the course of an apartment renovation, the property was added as a "connoisseur room".

And that's exactly what happened. A bright living room extension, with a wonderful all-round view, which, thanks to the fine all-glass corners, works almost without annoying profiles.

It was also important to the client that the chandelier was neatly integrated into the dome. For this we made a base that is slightly wider than the canopy of the chandelier, so that it doesn't hang in the dome or stand in the glass in an undefined manner, but is neatly mounted on a solid substructure.
