Victorian conservatory on housing estate

The house owner's dream has always been a glass extension in the English style. After extensive advice from the winter garden specialist, the residents decided in favor of a Victorian home winter garden from the SCALA range from Steinbach.

SCALA winter gardens are offered in different "degrees of profiling". Thus, on the one hand, only the cubature can appear Victorian, without great decorative profiles and small capitals, or on the other hand, a stronger Victorian profile can only be used in the outside area. The crowning glory, however, is to make the conservatory Victorian inside and out, as is the case with this beautiful property.

Another reason to opt for a Victorian residential winter garden from Steinbach was the fact that the English SCALA winter gardens are manufactured using the durable and well-insulated wood-aluminum construction.

After an extensive planning phase, a winter garden with a hipped roof, raised pointed dormer window, circumferential bars and partially closed parapets was built.

The roof is glazed with neutral (not mirrored) solar control glass, which is quite permitted in a winter garden that is almost north-facing. Two tilt and turn windows serve as deep supply air, two roof sliding windows as high exhaust air. In the gable side, a two-wing revolving door leads out into the garden.

In the rafters of the winter garden, of course, the popular LED starry sky is again integrated with warm white, dimmable LED lamps.

The facade is shaded all around with external venetian blinds, which, and that is another quality feature of Steinbach, retract concealed into the circumferential cornice, without additional bulky panels.

Perfect thermal insulation of the winter garden with the highest quality materials, planning well thought-out down to the last detail and absolutely professional handling is the be-all and end-all at Steinbach

And so, almost as expected, the winter garden is the most frequently used space in the neat settlement house.
